I use coaching with people when their focus is on getting something done. It is a way of developing your skills and abilities, and of boosting performance. This could be personal or professional. It can also help deal with issues and challenges before they become bigger problems.
Often when people are looking for coaching, they are feeling emotionally steady, but may want help with direction, accountability and sometimes working on their mindset. Ultimately, coaching is about self-empowerment through self-awareness, self-management and increased self-efficacy.
However, as a qualified psychotherapist it means I can work safely, at depth it there are some underlying negative patterns which are the reason why you are feeling stuck.
Each coaching session is 90 minutes and can be one off sessions or a coaching package
