There are a few options of how we might work together. It can be through 121 session at blend, online or meeting outdoors for walking therapy. It might be that it’s more suitable to attend one of the groups or workshops that I run or by taking my courses.

On our first session together, we can get a clearer view of where you are at, where you want to be or what you would like to be different and how I can help to get you there.
My aim is to help you by going with a pace and approach that is best for you. How we move forward will depend of factors such as personality, your mindset, issues from the past that may be unresolved as well as your awareness of your own patterns and processes. We work together to agree a way that fits for you and keep dialogue open about what is working and what is not.
