Maybe you are here because something has caused you to feel a level of distress, or something is troubling you and you are ready to get support.

I hope, by providing you with a bit of background to myself and blend, you will be able to see if we would be the right match to work together.

Overthinking

Do you find yourself overthinking everything and getting stuck in an unhelpful thought loop?

Overthinking can take many forms such as endlessly deliberating when making a decision (and then question the decision), attempting to read minds, trying to predict the future, or reading into the smallest of details.

Maybe you over analyse, or repeat the same thoughts over and over again.

These through habits can prevent you from taking action, consume your energy and hinder your ability to make decisions.

Stress and Overwhelm

We live very busy lives and sometimes it can all feel a bit too much. Whilst a little stress is ok, too much can wear you down.

Do you find yourself feeling agitated frustrated or moody?

Maybe you have times where you feel like you are losing control.

Stress and overwhelm can lead to difficulties in relacing, slowing down and quieting the mind.

Talking things through can help settle your mind.

Self Esteem

Do you find it difficult to express your needs or saying ‘no’?

Maybe you fear that being assertive will lead to confrontation and that worries you?

Being able to express your wants and needs is an important part of self care.

Do you know your boundaries? All relationships need them. They tell other people how they can treat you, what’s acceptable and what isn’t.

Without boundaries people can take advantage of you and this affects self esteem.

Working with me

There are a few options of how we might work together. It can be through 121 session at blend, online or meeting outdoors for walking therapy. It might be that it’s more suitable to attend one of the groups or workshops that I run or by taking my courses.

To decide the best way forward for you if you are not sure which path to take, or if I am the right practitioner for you, we can have a 10-15 minute chat on the phone, by video, free of  charge. Or I you prefer, you can drop me and email to and I will answer any questions you might have.

On our first session together, we can get a clearer view of where you are at, where you want to be or what you would like to be different and how I can help to get you there.

My aim is to help you by going with a pace and approach that is best for you. How we move forward will depend of factors such as personality, your mindset, issues from the past that may be unresolved as well as your awareness of your own patterns and processes. We work together to agree a way that fits for you and keep dialogue open about what is working and what is not.
