Welcome to Blend by Carol Nesbitt

Chances are you’ve landed here because something isn’t sitting right – maybe stress, tricky emotions,  or just that sense of being stuck.

Therapy can help make sense of it all.

I am here to help you untangle, heal and grow – for life, work, the wobbles, and everything in  between.

I’m Carol – psychotherapist, coach, trainer, and founder of Blend in Sale.

I’m endlessly curious about how our minds, emotions, and behaviours get tangled up — and how therapy can help make sense of it all. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life; we work together to untangle what’s going on underneath and find a way forward that feels more balanced and kind to you.

I created Blend as a calm, welcoming space where therapy feels human and down-to-earth. It’s also  become a supportive community for therapists — a place to do meaningful work, share ideas, and  feel part of something bigger.

Originally from Newcastle, I’m married with two grown-up children, and yes — I do have a weakness  for a bag of Revels.

Overthinking

“I can’t stop replaying things in my head and then I spiral.”

Maybe you find yourself stuck in loops of what ifs, over-analysing conversations, or questioning every decision.

Overthinking can drain your energy and stop you moving forward.

Therapy can help you break the cycle and find calm.

Stress & Overwhelm

“I feel like I can’t switch off.”

Busy lives can leave us restless, agitated, and worn down. When stress builds up, it gets harder to relax, sleep, or think clearly.

Talking things through can help you slow down, settle your mind, and feel more in control.

Self-Esteem & Boundaries

“I don’t know how to say no.”

Maybe you put others first, avoid conflict, or struggle to ask for what you need. Low self-esteem often shows up in how we let others treat us.

Therapy can help you build confidence, set boundaries, and feel more comfortable in your own skin.

Working with me

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to therapy, so there are a few different ways we can work together:

If you’re not sure what would be the best fit — or whether I’m the right person for you — we can start with a free 10–15 minute chat by phone. Or, if you prefer, just drop me an email with your questions.

In our first full session, we’ll take a look at where you are now, what you’d like to be different, and how I can support you to get there.
