In the heart of Sale, Blend is here for the work you do. Whether that’s supporting clients, running a group, or just finding a quiet corner to focus.
Blend has three private therapy rooms, each with its own , beautifully finished, comfortable feel, so you and your clients can feel at ease and focus on what matters.
There’s also The Snug. A cosy corner for quiet work, or a space you can open up by connecting it to the adjoining room. Perfect when you need a little more room for small groups or workshops.
You can hire rooms by the hour, the day, or in blocks – keeping it flexible so it works for you.

The Blend Story
I’m Carol Nesbitt – psychotherapist, coach, trainer, and founder of Blend.
I opened Blend in 2013 with a simple aim: to create a calm, welcoming space for therapy, workshops, and wellbeing professionals to do their best work.
When I first started out, the spaces I found were either rigid or expensive. I wanted something different – flexible, affordable, and free from long-term tie-ins, so practitioners could focus on their clients rather than the admin.
Now, in our new home, Blend is everything I imagined and more: beautiful, thoughtfully designed rooms created by a therapist who understands what it takes to start, grow, and sustain a practice.
Blend is here to make the work feel lighter – so you can help people untangle, heal, and grow.
