The psychological approaches used are a combination of theories taken from Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA). These approaches provide learners with an insight into thinking, feelings and behaviour, how to strengthen relationships and rapport and how to communicate effectively staff and clients.
